Story
In 2025, I will be pushing my body and mind to the limit as I take on the incredible challenge of Ironman Wales to raise vital funds for Tenovus Cancer Care.
This involves a 2.4mile 🏊♀️ followed by a 112mile cycle 🚲 then a marathon
